When Studio Cupcake found out my sister had a baby girl, she was kind enough to send over the sweetest cookies I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. She knows how to get the sweetness of the cookie and the frosting balanced enough so that the frosting on top is most of the sweetness and cookie is vanilla goodness. Even after a week, the cookies were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Didn't get soggy at all.
Hello darkness, my old friend!
