An insomniac blogger without coffee does not a good blogger make...and yet here I am, typing away at my computer after consuming one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. It would be fair to say that I was quite skeptical of finding someone who served the kind of croissants I was looking for; soft, buttery, flaky, yet holding its own integrity. So rich that no extra butter is required. When Tahir told me he had the perfect croissant, I didn't take his word for it, and in fact didn't even order them from him until a day ago. I honestly didn't even recall how much they cost at the time, all I remembered was the 'What if these aren't good?' thought making itself home in my head.
