Round Two at Dragonfly Kitchen

Before I had even gotten the food delivered from Dragonfly Kitchen the first time around, Farhan (Who has been supplying the delicious goodies and staying in constant contact from prep to delivery to tasting and then feedback), had promised a dip tray and panna cotta. So while Monday had been wraps and brownies day, the next day was dip tray day. Now this dip tray was fresh, delicious and the absolute perfect midday snack. The dip itself was blue cheesy goodness. Creamy, rich, but not overpowered by just blue cheese. Perhaps it was my taste buds, but there was a sour creamy feel to it, which Farhan reassured me he hadn't added, but wow. Whoever I gave a taste to, agreed that everything was fresh and tasted amazing. There were carrots, cucumbers and those crispy yummy flat bread pieces with nigella seeds strewn over them, adding another subtle flavor dimension.  The packaging was also done very well. The napkin tied in with every item sent was also a nice touch. Now b

Dragonfly Kitchen - The Healthy Chundrigar Lifestyle

When I got to know there's a healthy food option opening on Chundrigar, where I spend the most of my waking hours thanks to my lovely job *Ahem* I was more than delighted to give it a go (Thank you, Fahad!) The chicken wrap, called the Habibi Wrap and with good reason because that wrap is just love and perfect for meat lovers, with cucumber, olives, feta cheese, tomatoes and bell peppers. The

When Delivery Matters More!

This post is less about food and more about a food delivery service known as Food Genie. With some trepidation because my luck with food delivery services has been pretty unstable, and with my haungry pangs if something wrong happened, I would've been miserable.  Now what I craved was OMG. So it was quite convening that when I went to order on the Food Genie website, OMG was right there at the bottom of the page. So convenient. The order process was painless, convenient and promised timely delivery within the hour (Yaaassss). Along with the Aged English Cheddar and fries, I also ordered an extra side of Chipotle because oddly enough, I was craving it. After I proceeded to checkout and signed up, I not only got a verification code for my order, I also got both email and text messages throughout the process, informing me that my order had been placed, would be delivered promptly, and also ready for delivery. Never once did I have to take a delivery phone call, which is wha
