Disclaimer: This is going to be a 3-in-1 review which I'll try to keep as brief as possible, but don't count on it. A few months ago, I was invited to a taste testing of a few desserts made by a friend's friend. The friendship was instant as was the love for her desserts. A few weeks later, we met up again and all of us encouraged her to start up her own business from home. Seeing all the encouragement, my friend decided to give it a go. I only promote this venture after I have tried several of her desserts, The first of which are the white chocolate blondies, which are the perfect brownies, soft and gooey on the inside, yet sturdy enough that they don't break when you bite into them, and dotted throughout with white chocolate.
