A Pastry Soiree

Disclaimer: This is going to be a 3-in-1 review which I'll try to keep as brief as possible, but don't count on it.  A few months ago, I was invited to a taste testing of a few desserts made by a friend's friend. The friendship was instant as was the love for her desserts. A few weeks later, we met up again and all of us encouraged her to start up her own business from home. Seeing all the encouragement, my friend decided to give it a go.  I am very happy to introduce A Pastry Soiree ( Facebook page ) which boasts a wide variety of desserts, the entire list of which you'll find once you click on the link provided. I only promote this venture after I have tried several of her desserts,  The first of which are the white chocolate blondies, which are the perfect brownies, soft and gooey on the inside, yet sturdy enough that they don't break when you bite into them, and dotted throughout with white chocolate. Amazing Thai-The Old And The New

Ever since I first started using Amazing Thai, I've pretty much become a regular client. The last time I treated myself to their goodies was in October, with a large basket of some staples such as the Mama ramen and Pocky sticks. Fast forward almost 2 months later, I come home from work to some complimentary yummies courtesy Amazing Thai. Why? Because I hadn't ordered in a while and they missed me. Amazing customer service, isn't it? So as you can see from the pictures, these were no samples but full size packages of Poco's caramel popcorn and Samui coconut chips. The coconut chips were already a favorite. Sweet, crispy and perfect to satiate the munchies. Fun fact, toddlers love this stuff. Tested and tried on at toddlers aged two and above. The caramel popcorn is perfect for movie nights at home. I mean, you could share it with one other person, but I don't share my food so all mine. Amazing Thai, keep up the amazing customer service!
